[Slightly OT] iProvo - is it worth the switch?

iProvo is now available in my area.  I have been using the Qwest 1.5 
Mbps DSL since I moved in.  I am now considering whether it is worth it 
to switch to iProvo.  Here are the questions I would like answers to in 
order to make an informed choice.

1) What kind of IP address(es) do they offer?  Are they NAT'd, publicly 
addressable, or what?  Can I get a single, publicly addressable static 
IP?

2) How does the service work with non-Microsoft OS's? (I am mostly 
interested in OS X, but I would like to know about Linux.) I have seen 
several threads about their DHCP servers having issues with linux.  Is 
this still the case?

3)  Cost.  How much can I expect to pay each month?
4) Lastly, speed and reliability.  How fast has it been?  Have their 
been any significant outages?  Are the speeds symmetric? (i.e. are the 
upload speeds and download speeds close to equal?)

Any insight you can offer in this area would be greatly appreciated.
