The X option is "-nolisten tcp". How you get that option applied depends
a bit on how you start X. For GDM the option is DisallowTCP in gdm.conf.
For KDM add the line to kdm/Xservers. If you use plain ole startx I
think you'd just tag it on following a "--", but don't quote me on that.
