The state should not be even involved in such things, this is wrong path to go down unless you want every aspect of your life to be eventually controlled by "caring" states and hand your life over to corruptible powers. We are here to chose and think for ourselves, not be placed in servitude of the all know and all caring state (sounds a bit to socialist and communistic to me, but with great risks and bad consequences)
