Our business has MStar internet service through iProvo, and it's been excellent. I don't know how well Utopia works for internet, though. My neighbor has the Utopia phone service, I don't know which ISP, and she said it's down very often. I wouldn't switch over my phone service just yet, you'd probably be better off using their internet service to connect to Vonage or Broadvoice.
