They did explain it somewhere in the FAQ: they can't open source everything right away (maybe they don't have the right to), and in order to statically link the closed stuff to the stuff they do open, the GPL or LGPL doesn't cut it. -- Hans Fugal ; http://hans.fugal.net There's nothing remarkable about it.
