Reports Generator Mere Mortals Can Use?

Are there any tools out there that mere mortals (ie, your cousin,  
brother, uncle, or other non-geek) can use to create custom reports  
from a MySQL database?

Ideally, something like (1)FileMaker, but that connects to / uses mySQL.
