I could be wrong, but I believe comcast blocks incomming (from outside networks) port 25 connections, in an attempt to prevent spam, and rogue machines from becomming open relaying spam machines. I can telnet to your box, but would explain why your comcast(their mail servers are not on the same networks as their cable customers), and gmail fail. It would seem like they're trying to connect to your secondary mail server mail.mackproductions.com. Which doesn't appear to be setup to relay mail to t0e.org... Nor would it be able to even if it was... just a thought. Like I said previously... my assumption that comcast blocks incomming port 25 could be wrong. Would need to see the full email headers to tell for sure.

Mitch,

If Comcast blocked port 25 then no other computer would be able to send email to the Comcast network. Do you mean they block port 25 to Comcast customers? I have 4 other domains all pointed to that same server, and mail comes to them fine, in fact this email here will be sent to this very server.

If they were to connect to the secondary mail.mackproductions.com (my backup email server), it should relay the mail to my primary mail server. I have tested this manually and I am able to receive email there from as well, even from t0e.org.

The full headers from the Comcast bounced email are as follows:
