I might be too late, but for a easy and nice wiki it's hard to beat
instiki [1].

    Three step installation:
    
    - Download
    - Run “`ruby instiki`” with Ruby 1.8.2 or greater.
    - *Chuckle* There Is No Step Three!  :)
