I'm having trouble getting either USB or PPP working on an Compaq h3870 iPAQ with Opie installed via a Windows XP box.
The initial installation went just fine and I can connect to the iPAQ via serial cable just fine with HyperTerminal. I've tried following the various PPP HowTos on the various handheld sites, but they are focused on coming in from a linux box. The ones that do say anything about windows are at least 2 years out of date.
