Job # 1 Backline Support Engineer Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Description: The primary role of the Backline Support Engineer is to provide exceptional product Technical Support to PGP Corporation customers. The Backline Support Engineer is assigned key customer accounts and will be responsible for understanding their network configurations and responding to any issues or questions regarding our award winning security software products. Support may be provided remotely, or sometimes on-site, by analyzing the issues, resolving configuration problems, duplicating product issues, submitting bug reports and providing workarounds. In addition to interacting with external customers, the Backline Support Engineer will also work with QA and Engineering on escalations and testing new product releases.
