We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer.  I've attached the job

Promise Companies, LLC is hiring the following position:

 Senior Software Engineer / Architect

        Requirements:
                -BS degree in Computer Science or equivelant experience.
                -3 years experience with web products/protocols.

        Desired skills: 
                -In depth knowledge of languages/programming environments.
                -Expertise with database/SQL management/development.
                -Ability to work well within a small team.
                -Ability to work independantly and complete tasks without 
supervision.
                -Ability to solve problems.

        Experience:
                -Java (Struts/Hibernate/Ant/Custom tag libraries)
                -Subversion
                -Postgresql
                -Apache/Tomcat
                -Linux
                -DNS, SMTP, various web protocols/standards.
                -Css, Ajax (a plus)

        A successful candidate will be responsible for managing technology 
decisions for new software development.  We aren't concerned with the 
implementation.  We are concerned with the outcome.  Want to use Ruby/Rails for 
the next website?  Would rather do it in Perl/Java/Python?  You decide.  We are 
looking for someone who can implement solutions and understands how systems 
need to be constructed in order to deliver a reliable web-based product.  We're 
looking for dynamic individuals who bring ideas as well as skills to the team.  
We have stable existing applications and some exciting new projects to complete 
in the near future.
