I've got some feedback but it's not about the game, it's about your
site. With all due respect, I think it stinks. It's cluttered, the
FAQ is "broken", and it's difficult to navigate (probably related to
the clutter problem).

Some suggestions:

Get rid of the "Recent Threads" from the home page, or make it a very
small item in the sidebar. Frequent visitors may care what's going on
in the forums but I don't, and neither will other first-time visitors.

Put, on your home page, where I can read it as soon as I go there,
information about why mydreamrpg.com exists. Some things I'm
interested in are -
- What is MyDreamRPG all about, anyway? Sure you've given us a primer
in your email but if I just googled something and found your site that
way I wouldn't know any of that.
- What features does it have that I might be interested in? Don't put
an exhaustive list on the home page, just slap up a few teasers and
provide a link to a "Full Feature List" page.
- Something I like to do (as you can see on dcrookston.com's home
page) is give a very clear list that says "If you're ____, you might
want _____. If you're (something else) you might want (something
different)." In your case you might want to say "If you're looking
for an exciting new roleplaying experience, you'll want to read about
how MyDreamRPG provides a way to game - read about how to play and get
a list of servers. If you're a developer looking for information
about the code base, you can download it here and read the
documentation here." Something like that lets people find what they
want very quickly.

Fix the FAQ. Seriously. I don't want to have to search for stuff,
man! I just want some quick info. I'm an ADD-afflicted web user,
give me data now or you've lost me. Put up a list of your FAQ's in
place of (or in addition to) the search box.

DO NOT make the Product Support link open a new window that tries to
run a program on my computer. Link it to a page that lists live chat
as one of several options. Some people may prefer email to live chat.

Anyway, that's my first reaction when I visit your site. Hope it helps.

Hello Everyone,
I have been working hard on bringing an MMORPG to life.
At the same time I have been making a kit that independent game
developers can use to make their own MMORPG's using the Torque Game
Engine, with our kit and their imagination :D

Since I am primarily a linux user, I of course have made a free linux
binary available.
This download has the windows version of the game client included as well.
I am interested in feedback at this point on ease of install and use.

If you are a game developer interested in RPG and MMORPG development
let me know that as well, since we have a thriving little community
going on at the site.

Anyways free Linux MMORPG with WoW style controls, and lots of other
little goodies.
Download is available from

Website is obviously
http://www.mydreamrpg.com/

Regards,
Dreamer

p.s. You will need hardware accelerated 3D for the client to work
properly, let me know if you encounter any other issues as well.
p.p.s. For feedback or support issues with the game please use the
forums on the site.
