Most of this list knows Stuart personally. And unfortunately you're the one who isn't coming across very well. UUG has been posting meeting announcements on PLUG for years and never has had anyone reacted the way you have. If you really were honestly interested in the meeting (it appears that you are not, but rather just trying to be difficult), you, or the original complainer, could have posted a simple polite message asking for the details and asking that in the future more specific directions be included with each posting.
