I have a MythTV that is working well on Comcast analog cable. I want to get it working through the Comcast digital receiver box.
Got a DB9 cable and hooked it up. Set up the channelchange scripts. Pressing up/down will now change channels on the Comcast box and the tuner card stays on channel 3 - good. The problem now is that when recording, the mythtv system thinks it's recording channel 3. I figured it would know that when using the channel change script, that it can not trust the channel that the tuner is on since it is always 3.
