Description: Backcountry.com continues on a stellar growth curve,
and we are looking for firm up our operations with a QA Manager to
work in our IT/Engineering department.
We currently have about two dozen developers building new
functionality for our ecommerce environment and browse-based ERP,
and will continue to add more to the mix. An essential part of this
growth must account for improved code quality and rock-solid
funcitonality.
We need someone to first build and then manage a team that will
handle:
- code review
- white-box testing
- black-box testing
- user acceptance testing
We are an open source shop developing mostly in perl and
postgresql, so likewise experience will be greatly advantageous.
Knowledge of Selenium and other similar tools is a big plus.
