Jesse: As a follow up to my prior query, both at Home and at Work, since incorporating the use of VOIP, via Vonage, every time one of our cell phones ring, or if someone walks or drives by with a powerful cell, we hear beep beep beeping on our television, or if the computer speakers are turned on, they beep whether it's incoming or outgoing call, or someone just walking by with the cell device.
