What I mean is that when I do ps -aux, I see a lot of httpd processes.
If Apache starts experiencing heavy load, it'll spawn more processes
to deal with it, and then kill them off once things calm down.

I thought at first that the processes were threads, but then I thought
about it and wondered whether I was correct or not.
