I use Xmission (not on Utopia, but for this question it doesn't matter), and I don't come anywhere CLOSE to my 100 GB cap. I play many online games, run a webserver from my house, download bittorrents, etc. If they use the same metering rules for Utopia, that 100GB cap is for weekdays from 6 AM to Midnight.
