'Very Helpful' is an understatement. When I was first getting set up, I was having some problems getting my router configured. I called qwest. There were no help. I called xmission. The first tech tried to help, couldn't figure it out, and promptly transferred me to their head DSL tech. (At least, so they claimed. I don't really care if it was the truth or not, because they made me /feel/ important.) And their announcements about service downtime are incredible. They give nice detailed synopsis of what they're doing, and why. They treat you like an intelligent human being. One night a year or two ago, one of their core routers was getting attacked, and the network was in bad shape. I got on IRC to see if the techs knew of an ETA, and saw one of the bigwigs in chat, saying he was on his way in from home to help with the problem.
