Nothing. The only thing I see in the log around the time of the lockup
is this
Mar 25 14:25:33 homelinux syslogd 1.4.1: restart.
Which looks like the beginning of when I rebooted the computer.

Every few days my computer will just lock up :( I'm running FC6, where
can I go to get a hint as to why it locks up? Is there a log file
somewhere?
Thanks

Brian,
All Linux logs should go to:
/var/log/
You might try:
/var/log/messages
open that file via ssh or cli like this:
less /var/log/messages
