As long as you're willing to accept that some people will get mad
because their domain only publishes an A record or their DNS is
temporarily unreachable. The first is technically incorrect and the
second might not be your fault, but you might want to think carefully
about what to do if the test fails. Maybe allow the address anyway, but
warn the user "Please double check your email address. It may be wrong,
or the Internet might have hiccuped."
