Write a script that commits code late at night after everyone else had
checked in.
Have the script move functions/methods around within a file.
Functionally it shouldn't change anything except this person's ability
to get work done.
Either they update to a nightmare everyday or a nightmare when they
update before commit.
Remember always be a nice guy and work with others the way they work
with you.
