Do local dumps really allow you to dump stuff like this? I would

You can drop off computer equipment at the south utah valley solid
waste district transfer station in Springville for a small fee
($7/unit?). They charge for monitors, boxes, printers but no fee for
mice, keyboards, cables etc. Drive up on the scales and tell the
attendant you'd like to e-cycle so many computers, pay her the fee,
and follow her instructions.

If you're in SLC there are probably better options for you and google
can help you find them.
Oops, should have read all my mail before my last post. Good
suggestions.
