Yeah, I dropped it during the license change time too.  Played with the
usual variety of self-coded versions with different ideas.  Then just as I
was dropping my last version they went GPL again, and I was lazy enough to
go back to a pre-built.  I agree that there are things I don't like about
it, but saying file-writeout is bad is just ridiculous.
