Linux System Consultant
DriveSafety Inc., seeks part-time as-needed = consulting services from
individual experienced in configuring Linux-based computer systems.
Video (X.org) and audio (ALSA) configuration issues are particularly
important. Network configuration and administration = are secondary
considerations.
Experience with the Red Hat and/or Fedora = distributions would
definitely be a plus. Minimum 3 years general Linux = experience
required. Experience creating software installation procedures
helpful. Experience with a scripting language such as PERL, Ruby, or
Python is also desirable.
DriveSafety, located in Murray, UT, builds realtime interactive
driving simulation systems for automotive design research = and
traffic and driver safety studies.
