Steve, Have you looked at Kimodo yet?
http://www.activestate.com/Products/komodo_ide/ It does much, if not all of what you need it to do. But I've had difficulty opening large amounts of data in it before, without it crashing. But I haven't used it for a few years either, so maybe it's gotten better.
