I've used boa and thttpd and both are great. I found boa very easy to
get installed and working quickly. You will probably do best to serve
up your dynamic pages with CGIs. They can be written in any language:
Perl, Python, C, or whatever.
If you are doing file uploads to your server, there will be some
differences in how they behave, but otherwise they are both pretty
simple.
Oh, and both boa and thttpd work great on a 150MHz CPU.
