Mine is set to 5 minutes, but I doubt it would change my stats significantly to 
switch
it to 1 minute. The primary thing Postgrey is designed to stop is /not/ normal 
mail
servers. It's spamming programs that simply fire and forget each message. If 
they don't
maintain a proper queue and retry like a normal mail server, they'll almost 
never manage
to actually get past Postgrey.

The theory about blacklists is intriguing, but I have my doubts about how often
something like that happens. I also don't feel like doing the detailed log 
analysis
necessary to see how true it is. :)
