Does anyone have any experience setting up a vpn server on linux that can handle L2TP (or alternatively PPTP), as supported natively by OS X (and the ipod touch!)? A casual search of Google reveals lots of scattered docs, but no "howto." I've set up openvpn before, but this seems like a different beast. IPSec really.
In case anyone is interested, I'm really trying to get this going so I can, using a very convoluted process, use amarok over vnc to connect remotely (through the vpn) back to my ipod to add or remove music and video from it.
