I set up a PXE server which works great for me, except on certain
machines. It's consistent based on make and model of the machine, and
they don't even find the DHCP server when trying to boot with PXE,
even though they find the DHCP server fine when running Windows. The
machines can PXE boot in another environment, just not from my server.
Any ideas as to why some machines don't connect? They are usually
older than the machines that do work, with older bios versions, but I
don't know if that's the problem, or just correlated to it. Google
has been no help to me, and I'm running out of time to experiment. :)
