Under most situations, you only have one default route- which means you can
only have one gateway. Now, with that being said, Linux doesn't really
conform to those who say you can and can't do things you want to do. The
iproute2 stuff in the Kernel lets you do all sort of funky stuff with 
multiple upstream links, traffic shaping, packet tagging, and more.
