I'd just like to emphasize this one, as it's very important for me. If I stay 
bored for
too long, I start looking for another job. I don't mind doing tedious 
code-monkey stuff
from time to time. It's part of the job description. But please... keep it to a 
minimum.
Give me new interesting things to do, that push my boundaries. If I'm learning, 
I'm
happy.
