I'd just like to emphasize this one, as it's very important for me. If I stay bored for too long, I start looking for another job. I don't mind doing tedious code-monkey stuff from time to time. It's part of the job description. But please... keep it to a minimum. Give me new interesting things to do, that push my boundaries. If I'm learning, I'm happy. -- Matthew Walker Kydance Hosting & Consulting LAMP & MU* Specialist /* PLUG: http://plug.org, #utah on irc.freenode.net Unsubscribe: http://plug.org/mailman/options/plug Don't fear the penguin. */
