Come back with that paranoia thing after we go to war with Iran and our economy COMPLETELY collapses. We do distrust government because we have to gumption to see what it is actually doing with it's ill-gotten power and resist the urge to put our heads in the sand (it *is* very tempting to go on with my 'ok' life and ignore the doom around me).
