Super simple XMPP server

I've used OpenFire in the past as a Jabber server. Now I want something 
to support my recently discussed messaging system, but it needs to be 
drop-dead simple:

- Easy install
- No authentication
- Any user can use any nick they want (i.e., no user database)
- No SSL
I only need a small subset of XMPP's capabilities, namely chat rooms.

Ideas?
