just for the record, using an internal wiki at mozy was one of the best IT
decisions we ever made (we use trac).

imho any tech company that doesn't have a wiki for internal documentation
and communication is crippled.  maybe i'm too egalitarian, but i think
having the corporate information nerve center open to everyone (especially
the eng/ops team) facilitates trust, communication and overall goodness.

of course, i don't have experience with this type of setup in very large
companies - but w/ <100 employees it seems to scale very well.
