If you have decent Internet access from the install box, and access to a burner, I would just download this:
http://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/5.3/isos/x86_64/CentOS-5.3-x86_64-netinstall.iso 8.7MB and do a network install over the Internet? Good Luck.
