I have a folder of 200 8.5"x11" jpeg scans that I need to convert to one pdf document for publishing. I can convert the scans to pdf with ImageMagick but I can't find a utility for merging them into one pdf file. The closest I can find is a open source program on sourceforge called pdf chain but it won't compile. Any ideas for merging pdf's?
