When I attempt to UNCOMPRESS the drive, it fails due to errors. Despite this, I can run checkdisk/scandisk on this and it will end without errors...just takes an hour to check the drive. So despite it booting and running, there are disc errors somewhere on there. I have enough room to uncompress too.
