No, but you can easily describe a forth spatial dimension mathematically. I remember a problem in my multiple integral calculus class where we found the "volume" of a four dimensional sphere. The hard part was setting up the integral and all the extra terms that needed to come along for the ride when integrating a forth spatial spherical coordinate. If memory serves, one of ideas it discusses is how when you are "at rest" you are moving through time at the "speed of light".
