Virginia has ignored hard evidence in speeding ticket cases (no, I've never had a ticket there; it's too bad this option probably won't start there). I expect the find them low on the list of honoring your civil liberties. It makes me want to start a quality of liberty score card for states (maybe nations if someone is that ambitious).
