Not unless there is anything wrong with you telling them a price point
thats actually more than your minimum.
It's all part of bargaining.  They make a low offer, you make a high
offer, you meet somewhere in the middle.  Tip.  Never offer to a
potential employer to work for less than or equal to what you are
currently earning, or for less than what your last salary was, unless
you are making a drastic career change.
