A few years ago when I was constantly looking at job postings, it seemed they 
were always advertising for the same sysadmin jobs.  For over a year I saw 
them in various forms and wording.  I concluded either they are so picky they 
never filled the job, or they have a lot of turnover. 

Maybe one of the new recruiters on list could enlighten us.  :)
