Aside from Stuart's expectations that should also motivate you, you also
have personal reasons to change your behavior. If you can learn to
communicate with this culture and adjust your thinking in regard to the
problems you're facing:

a) You will have access to a lot more expertise in a lot more areas.

b) You will be able to learn faster and more effectively whenever faced
with a new technology you are unfamiliar with.

c) You won't have to wait for answers from the internet to do what you
want to do.

In the end, this all translates to you being able to get more done
faster than your competitors in whatever goal you're trying to achieve
at the time.

Don't misunderstand my commentary here, mind you. I'm pretty sure you
have drifted to PLUG after a long string of communities have ostracized
you for the same violations Stuart has pointed out. My feelings for
your kind of behavior could be summed up as being quite negative.
Suffice it to say you're not invited to my lunch table any time soon.

Adjust, please adjust. I realize you're from a different culture than
the US. That doesn't matter. You are being judged as a participant in
a world culture of hackers that has existed longer than you've been
alive. If you don't adjust, you're just proving yourself to be stupid,
and you will continue to get stupid results. In that case, maybe a
career in Technology isn't really where you should be going.
