I am glad you ask, I have not presented to plug on it yet.

Salt is a remote execution system and a configuration management system. It
does VERY fast remote execution across many servers. It is amazingly useful
for managing groups of servers.

It is currently being used by a number of companies (none of them will let
me say who they are, punks) and it makes server management much easier.

there is a video based on 0.8.7 from the sllug presentation in may:

Does that help?
