No. This is Alianza (http://alianza.com/). They do cloud-hosted VoIP for small, medium, and large ISPs who resell VoIP services to existing broadband customers. They also have some very large deals that may be happening soon, that I don't think I'm allowed to talk about. They are cashflow positive with some impressive revenues.
