I saw this article on Google news: http://newyork.ibtimes.com/articles/210077/20110907/xxx-domain-registration-celebrity-names-blocked.htm. I don't really understand why they are blocking off celebrity names from being registered. Is it possibly the registries would get sued for drewcarey.xxx or chrisfarley.xxx? Could they sue for such a thing?
