The 'Director of Technology' title means that the position is for the lead technology person in the company. They'd be acting as lead developer, but also working closely with the executive team, filling all the responsibilities at the director level. 'CTO' or 'VP' seemed over-inflated for what the position entails. In a lot of ways 'Director' does, too, but 'Manager' seemed too narrow. *shrugs* Ben /* PLUG: http://plug.org, #utah on irc.freenode.net Unsubscribe: http://plug.org/mailman/options/plug Don't fear the penguin. */
