Are you looking for a command line tool, a desktop tool or a daemon? If a command line tool are you looking for something to constantly monitor performance i.e. a babysitter, or are you just looking for something to report current stats and immediately exit? If a daemon do you want it to monitor and generate reports for later review, or simply alert when there are issues?
