Seconded the recommendation to address the root of the problem (typing habits, they keyboard you're using, etc.) While you're doing that, there are some things you can do to reduce the pain in your wrists. First, take ibuprofen. It's an anti-inflammatory drug + pain reliever. Ice your wrists twice a day - at lunch and after you get home should be good, since they'll probably be inflamed then.
