When I need to send or receive files (large or small) from users
(especially those who are less tech savvy) I often setup a share in DropBox
for that specific user/company. Then transferring files is easy. I am also
in the camp of sysadmin's that believes email was made for text, not FTP.

I know there are a lot of services out there for file collaboration. What
solution do you use?
